I was finally able to do some picture scanning in early May. It is a very time consuming process but i felt it needed to be done. So much was happening all to fast. First, I finally got Colby's Pictures scanned from way back when we all went to Disneyland. Here are some highlights

Ming's Birthday

Ming decided to turn 30 today, even though we warned him not to. He's practically dead now. Its very sad. And he's still single. We are all wondering how long it willk take for someone to take him away from us, but I figure it'll be a while before he's "ready" for that.

For his birthday I got him Diesel. I felt it was the appropriate thing to do since I was already at the shop and that I was too lazy to go to another store.

Before hand we had decided to grab some KFC and drink some Veuve before the ret of the people got there. Grease and alcohol permeated our system and then the rest of the people came.

The cake fight was Brian's fault. This Brian is different from my Bryan so don't get confused.

Lori's Bridal Shower

Lori's bridal shower actually happened before Ming's Birthday,but I didn't realize that until I started typing. The bridal shower was nice and wholesome. The theme this year was the Pampering of Bridezilla. Bridezila, being Lori, was pretty well appeased. She even got a Retro Toaster Overn which her fiance really really was excited about.

Not seen here is Elicia's wrist. It is actually in a cast because a window fell on it while she had tried to open it. But, look how happy she is anyway.

Easter

Easter is Easter. For Easter I hung out with Eudean and Ming and Erin. Erin decided to cook easter dinner for some of her friends, so we went over and watched her cook and ate her food. She made an awesome spread, especially the candied yams. Something about an old family recipe. That night I had to go pick up Bryan from the airport. I had been baby sitting his place in the city while he was off in Miami doing family thing. I can't wait to move back to the city.

Karen's Wedding

Years in the making, the event finally happens. And boy oh boy it was quite an ordeal. I didn't come into the picture (and thankfuly so) until the actual wedding day. However, I hear there was great family strife before hand, as is a regular occurence with her kin.

On the day of the wedding I come over just in time to miss the traditional house wedding ceremony, but just in time for food and champagne. Leave it to me to be just in time for that!

She did the whole church wedding thing. While she was trying to put her gown on, her sister came in and wrecked the hair do that she woke 6 in the morning to get done. Luckily Elicia came to the rescue. I would have helped but I was too busy laughing.

The reception was very awesome. Lots of old friends and laughing. All my bitches were there.
